We pride ourselves in our workmanship and want you to have the best possible experience.  Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and that's understandable.  Nyaweh Jewelry accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 14 days from delivery date. 

Returns must be post marked within 14 days of original ship date and items should be returned in the original packaging. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 14 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received, please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, ITEMS FROM LOCAL SHOWS, LIMITED RELEASE, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. 

Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned at a NyaWeh Jewelry location.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
